The Urban Fitness rubber medicine balls are perfect for those who want to improve strength, coordination and flexibility, ideal for generating explosive power, speed, and endurance. They can also be used as part of your body weight exercises. Swap out dumbbells and barbells to create more explosive versions of your usual weightlifting exercises, and make your HIIT workouts even more intense. The ball is made with a rubber compound and has a textured surface for enhanced grip.

LOCAL PICKUP
We have an option when checking out that allows you to select an in-store collection. This method is free of charge and allows you to come to the shop to collect your order. Please note that if you have incorrectly or accidentally selected this method then you will be required to pay for the delivery of the order.
