Refund policy

If packages are received damaged we advise carefully examining your goods and documenting any damage with images if possible (package and/or item(s)). Any damage claim must be reported to us by email by the end of the working day following delivery. Any damaged items should remain unused while your query is assessed.

If a customer wants to return anything (they are not required or the customer changes their mind) there is a 30 day return period. The items must be returned in new condition with packaging and tags. A credit note will be issued minus the cost of posting.

Any items that are customised, personalised, adapted or bespoke they can only be returned if faulty.
