By ordering from Mad Dog Sports you are accepting the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed without any prior notification; any changes will be displayed on this page. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, Standard UK VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
For orders outside of the UK or European Union you may be liable to import taxes when you receive your goods. These charges are subject to local tax laws and not charged to you by Mad Dog Sports.

European Union Orders
As of Jan 1st 2021 all EU orders are provided based on the Delivered At Place (DAP) system. Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU).
Mad Dog Sports only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
Delivery charges for orders to the EU will be charged at £45.00 and in most cases this will cover the postage costs, however on a few occasions the delivery charge may be higher. In these circumstances we will contact you {The Customer} to see if you want to pay the additional charge or cancel the order
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card details are processed by a secure Card processing server we do not have access to your Credit Card details.
So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.
Stock
We strive to make sure that the product you have ordered is in stock at the time you have ordered. If it is not you will be informed by our staff as soon as possible about this and will be able to give you options on timescales, refunds or changes.
Images on the site are representations of the products. Colours and Designs of actual garments can differ from the images especially on the bespoke items within the club orders section
International Delivery
International delivery is charged at a default of £45.00 and in most cases this will cover the postage costs, however on a few occasions the delivery charge may be higher. In these circumstances we will contact you {The Customer} to see if you want to pay the additional charge or cancel the order
