We very strongly recommend a "good knocking in" on all of our bats, if after the first use you can see seam marks on your bat it is NOT knocked in enough!
A lack of preparation can invalidate any warranty.
It is also worth pointing out that all bats will require oiling at some point, if your bat has a “face sheet on” oil the bat very lightly on the back of the bat.

We ship out orders Tuesday to Friday, we do not ship on a Saturday and Sunday, orders placed on a weekend will go out on the first available business day (Tuesday unless it is a Bank Holiday). We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays

Free shipping is now only on orders over £200, with the discounts currently offered on products free shipping cannot be offered below this threshold. LOCAL PICKUP
We have an option when checking out that allows you to select an in-store collection. This method is free of charge and allows you to come to the shop to collect your order. Please note that if you have incorrectly or accidentally selected this method then you will be required to pay for the delivery of the order.
