This is exactly why Gilbert have designed the Protective Shorts.
This form of body armour is essential for club and school players when the ground gets tougher and the body becomes prone to painful impact. The Protective Shorts offers 5mm Triflex padding to the hip and quadriceps to absorb contact taken during tackling.
Available in Junior and Small to 2 Extra Large, the Protective Shorts would work well with any of the upper body armour we supply.

We have an option when checking out that allows you to select an in-store collection. This method is free of charge and allows you to come to the shop to collect your order.
